When does the new anime song "Rose-Hip Bullet" come out?

I've found plenty of videos of the short version since, obviously, people cut it out of the anime it's the opening for, "Togainu no Chi." The song is by the popular J-Rock band Granrodeo. Does anyone know when the full version will be available?
