My furreal friends luv cub abuses me -- can I press charges?

I picked it up and it started hitting me. Then it LAUGHED right in my face. I put it down and it cried for it's bottle. I gave it the bottle and when it was done drinking and I went to burp it it hit me right across the face. Can I press charges against it? Or how can I work this out? It's probably mad because I got nail polish in it's mouth, but geez, I said sorry!!!
