Why won't the hotel throw me a break in costs for our recepion? We are reserving the banquet room and 15?

rooms. Now they are telling me tha the hotels policy is that we cannot bring in our own large capacity coffee maker. It has to be commercially made coffee brought in or we can have them supply coffee for $2/person. This may not seem expensive until you apply it towards 50-60 guests that will bedrinking coffee. $1/cup would be more reasonable, in light of spending $1000's with them already.
