What could be the cause?

If a girl is in her living room just standing, her parents snuggling on the couch, her siblings sitting on the floor coloring, what would be the reason for the girl to unexpectedly fall to the floor and go into a coma. It has to be some kind of disease or something not so crazy, like not her getting shot or anything like that, but what could be a reason???
