Why can't I get a TN car loan?

I have tried 3 online sites for car loans and they have all said they can't do car loans in TN right now. If I put another state in it goes fine. My car just died and I need a car now but I can't seem to get a loan. I make good money for a 21 year old ($2000 a month) and I have about $150 a month in bills right now so I have a ton of money for monthly payments but I have no credit so the bank wont let me get loan without a co-signer but my parents have crappy credit so I'm stuck. I need a car now, what can I do?
