My wife said the condom found in her purse is only a good luck charm for prosperity. could this be true?

first time i ask this question i said when and where is a condom good luck? and it was misunderstud. my wife said her friend in the philippines gave her a condom to carry with her all the for good luck with money. and i wounder if anybody has ever heard of this? could this be true? has any body heard of a good luck charm that is a condom? she has been here in the USA now for a week, and i married her last April. and been waiting for her. and now i get this story. could this be true?
