I'm 22 years old 5'8" and weight 164 Lbs. I am in ok shape. I have a nice chest and abs but MY ARMS are small . I have about 7..5 percent body fat. I want bigger arms and legs .I do 2 sets of every machine the gym has. I do 40 minutes of treadmill first. Cardio or strenght what's first? I take creatine.
