I have 2 driving questions. Please hlp.?

Legally the person coming out of the parking lot is to wait until there is no traffic and it is safe to pull out. However, a polite driver would stop and leave enough space for the person to get out. But if the light is green, then don't stop. You may be letting one person out, but in the process you are holding up a line of traffic.
