I need to know why this happens and how to prevent acne in this area?

Okay I have a problem, by my inner thigh, , and private area.... I get blackheads or small bumps in the crease of my prvate by my thighs and I always havw atleast one boil in one of those three ares. I have no ual disease, i am sure it has nothing to do with that and i am a teenager. I jusst would like to know how i could get rid of these things and preevent them from happening. i get absolutley no pimples on my face my only problem concerning acne would be down there. I wash down there properly what can i do to prevent this???
