Will I have a problem being admitted to Rutgers (New Brunswick) if I apply for transfer this week?

My second year at the George Washington University is quickly coming to an end, and I have come to realize that it is not even close to worth it to pay fifty-thousand dollars a year. As a result, I have decided to apply for transfer to Rutgers University (New Brunswick Campus). My GPA is a 3.0. I'm not sure if they're going to be interested in my SAT score, but I did score something like an 1850. On the math and verbal, it came out to something like 1180. I am Puerto Rican. My father is a graduate of Rutgers. During high school, I was a captain on the track & field team. Here at the university, I was elected to be a representative of my floor in my dormitory's residential advisory committee. I am currently a student judicial adviser, which is basically a student attorney. I am also a cultural attache of an student group I created here. I am worried about my grades from last semester: Two Bs, I withdrew from one cl, and I have two incompletes. My personal statement is pretty solid.
