Where should i complaint if i found the manufacturing adress writtern in a consumar product is fake?

i have bought a packet tea and found it is of bad quality . when i write it to the company , i found out the adress is fake . i bought the same brand companys another product and again the manufacturing adress as fake . where should i complaint
