Is this from an anime or not?

Anime, totally. That's Sebastian (left) and Ciel Phantomhive (right). The anime is called Kuroshitsuji or "Black Butler". Ciel's story is so tragic, but then Seb's presence totally makes up for it <3. I would have loved it if this was some yaoi pairing..ROFL :p
