How to make copper sulfate without sulfuric acid?

i guess you could use another "sulfate" that is lower in the reactivity series and use the copper to displace the other element, but the only ones below copper are silver gold and platinum, so probably use silver :-) . i can't really think of any other way to do it without sulfuric acid
